I really would like to see pitch meetings for some classic movies: - Tron - Ferris Bueller's Day Off - Top Gun P.S.: Not necessarily good movies, but movies one should've watched at least once.
@JimmyVermeer2 ай бұрын
For those who haven't seen Ferris Bueller's Day Off, let me completely spoil the plot for you: There's a teenage boy played by a 25 year old actor who has all the most high-tech electronic equipment but can't afford a car. He fakes a potentially terminal kidney illness so he can skip school on the day of a big test, gets his hypochondriac best friend and his girlfriend to join him, they do a bunch of stuff that would in reality take at least 10 hours to do all within the span of a 6-hour school day, all while dodging the school's dean of students who is obsessed with just this one student and who ends up riding a school bus full of kids in the late evening long after all the kids would normally have already been home from school. And he has a sister who's a total b!tch at first but mellows out after she hooks up with Charlie Sheen. Hey, you know what would make this movie more interesting? Put Louie Anderson in it. Should we dedicate 20 minutes to his character? No, just put him in one scene and not give him any speaking lines.
