Cleaning or Replacing the Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor - Peugeot 307

​@@screwsnutsandboltsHi I have error p0366 from peugeot 307 2003 1.6l petrol....the car not starting, but if clean error with obd2 ,start car, but now no more possible to clean the error, and car not starting. I replace and check the crankshaft sensor, have 490ohm resistance , same the original.....I check the wire untill to ECU, and is ok. Some sugestion, what must to check ?

Hello there. In my Peugeot 307 Bva automatic transmission vehicle, I am getting an error in the speed information from the abs. The gear goes into malfunction mode. Is abs sensor cleaning enough? what else can I do. thanks

Hi , I changed the tires and now is making a noise when i break and the ABS light turn on. Are'you guess something alse happned when the guy changed the tires?

It's possible, but I'm not sure what could be causing the noise. I would take it back to the guy who changed your tires and explain the problem

You should check with some diagnostic tool what error is in memory. Recently have same abs/esp error sometimes, diag tool shows problem with rear right wheel sensor.Removed, cleaned sensor and magnetic ring on bearing, spray sensor connector with contact spray and no more esp error.

just one thing my friend are the rear abs sensor s the same , but one bolt s upper part of sensor and other bottom part of sensor

The front and rear sensors are not identical but they are replaced in a similar way

Is the half-shaft ring on the bearing located? Is it available as a replacement part?

i change sensor but still nothing changed on speedometer!!could it be fuse in fusebox because i see that there is fuse of 10A which are for speedometer

This is not a speedometer sensor. This is a wheel speed sensor for the ABS braking system

No need whatsoever to remove the liner. Access the plug is factored in to its design.

all the way through i was screaming brake disc wear - i couldnt possibly have put the wheel back on without doing a brake service after seeing those discs!!!😱

You should see mine. As long as the mot guy doesn’t flag it then they are good. Manual states min thickness.

NOT GOOD, you do not have to take the whole platic out, there is a small peace you can open, what about the left side the sensor is the same, but sits different

Only dam issue here is thd Gap I find

Gap sensor is set 2mm... perfect as soon as you take it off .. abs light triggers have to get dam 2mm right ✅
