Man, I love the Quest. It (and its expansions) were some of my favourite games as a teen, first on the PDA, then on the iPod touch. It's a little clunky at times, but it's strangely fun to play. I must have sunk hundreds of hours into the game

You should be able to 'strafe' in The Quest, so when an enemy moves to the left or right you can strafe that direction and still be facing them

Ardenfall is such a good Scrolls-like. Also the devs have recently shown off a new build of the game with improved combat and animations, it hasn't been added to the demo yet though.

im one of those kids that used to play the quest on the first iphone. keep in mind that its old and not at all up to modern day standards. also you can target individual enemies by clicking their healthbars :P

@@arkgaharandan5881 i played the game on my phone but i could select which enemy to attack by pressing on their name and when an enemy moves to the side where you cant see them you can still use the map to know where they are or just keep rotating your view till they move back

@@arkgaharandan5881 well at least in the combat part, it's completely unnecessary to do the whole "turn right, walk forward, turn back left to face the guy that shifted one spot left" that's being demonstrated here. If the enemy shifts left, you can match it by simply shifting right while facing the current direction, and boom you're right back with the enemy. 1 move vs. 3 moves

If you're being attacked by two enemies...just click the health bar/name of the enemy you want to attack and you'll attack them. And side stepping, you don't have to turn step and turn again...good lord the arrows are right there on the screen. Spider web...just attack it with your weapon and it's gone.

The Quest is a little outdated, but its an excelent adventure! Also, its on Mobile Phones, so u can play wherever u go! I see this as an absolute win!

Bruh. The Quest is a callback to the classic dungeon crawlers like Wizardry, Might and Magic and TSR Gold Box RPGs. It has absolutely no relation to Scrolls-likes in any capacity, and most things you say about it is plain wrong. Controls are classic Eye of Beholder fare, you can do all the meneuvres and actions by clicking onscreen buttons.
