I'm not sure I have a great tolerance for high heat, but I'd have to try this. The best massage I ever got was a hot stone massage, this has to feel a thousand times better. And the ladies who attended you seem so professional and caring. It was a completely beautiful experience to witness, thank you for sharing!

I love these kinds of videos but the health claims they tend to make are always so ridiculous. Getting heated up like this is not like walking 10 km or burning 400 calories. The only weight you’ll be losing is water, from all the sweating.

Massage can be extremely therapeutic and beneficial, it is a very ancient health system. It causes vasodilation meaning it makes your blood vessels get bigger and aids greatly in the body being able to circulate nutrients to areas that may have previously had an impingement, allowing those areas to be “fed”. It also releases buildup of gases and waste by stimulating the circulatory system, allowing those things to be taken away and dealt with by the expeller organs. While weight loss is a grab for the population of the times, it can occur especially with a massage routine (the more massages, the better)

For this video, I have added Italian and Thai voice-overs to the "Dubbed Audio" (just in the Intro chapter but the main part of the video remains the same as usual, and you can turn it on and off using the settings button) I am wondering how my voice in Italiano and Thai sound to you? 😄Please let me know what you think! I want to do this myself so incredibly bad. One of my favorite parts of going to the beach is actually just sitting in the sand and digging my hands and feet into it. I naturally run cold so I love warming myself up like that, especially when I can just get in the water if I become too hot. It's my literal dream to experience a massage like this, and the ASMR sounds are crazy good.

YES, I want to try this kind of massage treatment. I know I would love it. I have osteoarthritis arthritis & fibromyalgia. I exercise regularly to keep my body limber and flexible, the osteoarthritis if I don't exercise regularly makes my joints stiff and in worse pain when I don't exercise. The heat would feel so good on all the aches and pains in my body. The woman giving the sand massage, speak so softly in soothing, relaxing voices, they are compassionate and diligently check her body temp, blood pressure along with verbally checking up on her asking how she is handling the treatment, very nurturing massage therapists. Thank you, for sharing this session it was very informative and I had never heard about this form of massage before. It looks like it would be great for better circulation within your body too.

For all the people who wanna loose weight and think this is the solution: the hot sand makes you sweat, what weight you're loosing is water, not fat. That's why she drank a glass of water to begin with and THEN they weighed her.

I would never get into that sand bath after someone's else's skin cells have been exfoliate into it. The sand clearly cannot be cleansed completely before someone else's treatment. There is a clear health risk to different people being cleansed in the same environment. It would need to be fresh sand for each person, which I am certain they don't change each time.

I'm assuming the sand itself isn't actually at 55°C pretty sure you can start to get 2nd degree burns around that temp. I'd assume whatever heating element they use is getting to that temp but the heat reaching you is hopefully closer to 43°C otherwise they'd be getting a lot of burn victims. (edit: I believe these numbers are calculated with water so its possible that the heat transfer of the sand is low enough that it won't burn you at these temperatures)
