One of the most insightful sessions !! I learned from Priyanka that how you can calmly explain some of the terminologies of Agile without any hesitation and simultaneously, convey that you do not have experience on that particular agile framework. I am preparing for SM interviews and this one is definitely a booster for me.🤞🏻 As always, thanks Sunand for creating such videos.

Just an observation on the question regarding the Value based metrics - Can we really say that a product feature is adding customer value if it is defect free. It could just mean that the feature was developed completely as per the requirement specifications but those feature specs don't help fulfill a customer need hence don't deliver the intended value.Also i don't agree when she says they consider less customer feedback as a mark of the increment being successful,it could again mean that the customer is just not engaging enough with the product and hence feedback is minimal. Would love to know your thoughts on this Sunand
@CareersTalk2 жыл бұрын
small answer is yes, i agree on your both points.at the same time, this is not that simple as look like. For any project , the main objective is to produce value, but how you measure value, who compute value, when, where project value is determine? businesses have financial goal along with non-financial goals like customer satisfaction, product innovation, and employee satisfaction etc. Objectives also tailored to the different levels within an organization, which varies according to need of organizations

What is lead and cycle time in Agile? The Lead Time measures the time from the moment the customer makes a request to the time they receive something. The Cycle Time measures the time it takes the development team to work on the request and deliver it.

Cracking interview is easy; real test starts when you start to work... 😀 and Scrum is not anymore a new concept; You have to make unlearn team members many things which they have assumed or read from somewhere. I suggest Manual/functional QAs try to learn Python or brush up Java concepts and invest in learning Cloud technologies

Could someone let me know the metric - commitment reliability and product backlog health and how it is calculated ? Are there any tools to guage them ?
@CareersTalk2 жыл бұрын
1) no of user story committed/ no of user story done at end of Sprint 2-A healthy backlog typically includes stories at various levels of refinement. PB health is 2x or 3x the velocity of team, so velocity of team is lets say 30 SP , ideally PB should have 60 or 90 SP worth of user stories refined , ordered

@CareersTalk2 жыл бұрын
Honestly every one condition is different , it may be the case but i have seen people from non-it background doing good SM job. Also why you want to switch in just 1 years? i would say spend more time , In small IT company you can learn lots of things compare to big one, utilize this time by reading good books on agile(that's the only thing which help you) , later on do 1-2 certification( only when you have hands on experience)

Hi. Session is very useful. in one of the interview I got few questions like below. you explanation or answers would be much helpful. 1. What and how to solve if there is only one team with two developers and they are having conflicts? 2. There is a user story which requires a UI mock up but the PO is saying that is going to take time and he or she can give only at the second week of the sprint. So Should we still consider taking that user story.?
