Another technique I have used with my teams is to build a personal relationship with them during our 1:1 when I first join teams. I try to find out what issues /challenges they are currently facing and how as their scrum master I can help them. Also talk about more personal things like hobbies and interests they have. This usually makes them more comfortable as they can relate to me on a personal basis. During retros I always remind them that it’s a judgement free zone and they are safe to discuss anything. Believe me, when they can relate to you on a personal level, you can see them blossom in front of your eyes!

Thanks, with regards to 2 question about definition of done and acceptance criteria, will the tester testing the negative test cases be part of acceptance criteria... I.e. enter email address with * and# and non permitable special character etc....or enter wrong password wat is the prompt... Or will they be separate stories and hence separate criteria
@agilecore7289
@agilecore7289 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question, in the acceptance criteria there can be a broad statement about getting testing done successfully but the testers can have their own user stories on the board.
