Thank you!!! I needed this video!! But also wanted to add that I got a new tail light on eBay for 40 bucks! Although the newer the vehicle, the more they cost! There are many people selling them and you can see seller ratings and reviews. Also eBay does have money-back guarantee if you don't receive exactly what is listed!

Did you have to replace the housing or a bulb? Have you thought about replacing the front headlights with LEDs?

er4smiths Luckily everything is still working. I only removed it to show how. I plan to add some led reverse bulbs at some point and maybe for the head lights some LEDs but the tops are HID/Projectors already

Danny Johnson You never did answer the central question. Can you replace the taillight/brakelight/turn signal bulb or does the entire light module have to be repaced? I got the part about the backup bulb.

The replacement lens had the wire harness. So I just had to disconnect it underneath the right rear fender. Easy fix. if anyone needs a right rear tail light for a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, comment here. I'll check back in a day or so.
