Jay and Em can't do what Wayne can. However, Wayne can do what they can and on multiple levels. You can hear Ems voice as he hesitates when Wayne interviewed him and asked Em to jump on another track together. Only thing Em had going for him in the 3 tracks they both featured is that he tries to rap fast and at that time it stood out. Wayne says so much more even by him rapping slow with 2-4 meaning to a line vs Em just rapping fast.
