Btw that girl with the make-up isn't supposed to be black or represent black people, it's an alternative fashion called Ganguro/gyaru (I think ganguro is the overall term?) in Japan that was popular with younger girls (typically teens) in the early 200s. Idk about the swastika/hindu thing.... The swastika was stolen from the other symbol and flipped around, so it's not fair to say whoever is using the hindu symbol is lowkey using it as a swastika or that if you see the symbol it's simultaneously the hindu and the swastika symbol. The reason they changed Neji's symbol in Naruto was because people could confuse it as the swastika, but it doesn't mean Kishimoto was hinting that Neji was some neo-nazi lol. Just giving the info but with Japan if I remember right Japanese law says age of consent/ adulthood is 16(idk if that's changed so dont kill me) so their logic is different on the subject and with Japanese school structure if it im highschool then it consists of grades 10-12 so it really depends on what year or grade they are cause if they are year 3 students then they could all be 18. I agree but it’s not the case here. Maybe with the ghost but it actually makes sense here. When you think of aliens you think of higher beings who want to do body experiments in a horror context, so it does fit here. Nothing about the main character were sexual nor was it presented as being okay. Even in the manga the characters, visuals, and plot are not sexualized it’s just the opening chapter that really revolves around getting taken advantage of.
