The "cousin reproduce" line comes from the Old Man Logan comics. Long story short, the villains pretty much worked together and tricked Wolverine into slaughtering all of the X-Men. He vowed to never pop his claws again while the villains continued working together and ended up taking over the world which in turn sent the world to Hell pretty much. A lot of messed up ish went down including Bruce Banner losong his mind. Basically he wanted to reproduce, realized he had 2 major problems: 1. Mating with a normal woman runs the risk of her dying from radiation, and 2. Should his emotions get too out of control, he'd literally split the woman in half AND shatter her body with his thrusts. Realized the only other individual on the planet who could handle him FULLY was his cousin, and he gave her that Player's Club - Ebony in the bedroom treatment. Ended up having a lot of inbred babies.

In some continuities the hulk is directly connected to the one below all and in others it's a manifestation of Bruce mind given physical form... Personally, I swing back and forth on who won with each rewatch, so I'll have to give it a tie. And I'm pretty sure Hulk has never shown interest in his cousin that way, it's just a meme created by the Internet, because who else on Earth could handle coitus with the Hulk? But he does have two sons, and a daughter. The sons were made with his wife Caiera the Oldstrong, and one of them turned bad. His daughter was created by Thundra, collecting his DNA and returning to the alternate future she came from, and then later his daughter came to the main timeline. If I'm remembering correctly, Dr Frankenstein's wife was his adopted sister

A comic series ran called Old Man Logan vs the Hulk in which an alliance of villains murder most of the heroes and take over the world. Included in the villains was a corrupted Hulk who made inbred offspring with his cousin to have a small army of his children to do his bidding. Logan crosses the states, killing nearly all of the children, gets to an obese Hulk, swallowed by him, and carved his way out. He decides to raise Hulks last baby as his own child
