Also much easier if you slide the HP Valve into the Turret Bolt assembly, prior to installing into the main body, this is held in place by the turret bolt o'ring, also you need to torque this only too 5Nm (3.69 ft.lb)

Hi, I use Biox O2 liquid to clean the parts in an Ultrasonic cleaner. Then, I use Steramine to disinfect the regulator. Biox O2 is expensive but the best ultrasonic cleaner in my experience. It’s non toxic, non hazardous, non flammable and used by NATO and military establishments in Europe to clean scuba, oxygenated breathing systems and hyperbaric equipment. Steramine contains Quaternary Ammonium, the active agent used against COVID viruses. Steramine is non toxic, non corrosive and is also used by major food establishments to sanitize food processing equipment, food utensils, silverware, etc.

What about setting tightening the Diaphragm Clamp to 30Nm (22.1 ft/lb) and 25 Nm (18.4 ft/lb) of torque for the handwheel connector?

Mark Laverick hey Mark how about saying thank you to somebody showing you something that's rarely shown , don't see your how to videos ? Not showing torque settings is probably his way of saying this is how it's done but still take your life support gear to a qualified tech for servicing ! ......douchebag
