I can see that you are a passionate person who cares about your students, which is awesome, and it's the right way. My last PADI instructor was a complete ahold when I did my full-face mask certification, and i already knew how to use my full-face mask i just needed to be certified, when we got done I couldn't wait to get away from, because i was at the point for hitting him, so I got into my truck right away without even saying thank you.

That's a shame. Luckily most of the Instructors I've worked with have been awesome. It's always a shame when the bad ones cast a bad light on the rest of us

@ScubaDiverMagazine I agree. It is a shame. Next time, I'll ask for a female they are more caring and really like what they do from what I have seen at that dive shop. Thanks buddy. Dive Safe. 🇺🇲 👌🏼

You seem like a nice guy, I've come across a few dive instructors on KZbin that come off incredibly arrogant, not encouraging at all, so you're a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). I've wanted to learn to dive for sometime now however, I am ridiculously claustrophobic with many triggers lol so it may never come to fruition, especially if I can't find a dive instructor with a lot of patience! I've met people on the internet that suffer from claustrophobia and have managed to complete dives and actuality enjoy it, so it does give me hope that it's not impossible for me as well! Great video!

That’s cool. I am going to do my PADI DiveMaster course on April. Do you have any advice. Many thanks.
