Balsamic vinegar on ice cream is a thing in Italy, I've had it before and it's actually really good because the salty sweetness of the vinegar blends really well with the creamy freshness of the vanilla.
@hottuna200616 күн бұрын
They use real balsamic vinegar that's been aged in barrels to impart complexity and sweetness from evaporation which makes its consistency somewhat syrupy. Typical supermarket balsamic is just regular vinegar with a bit of grape must added along with some artificial coloring and sugar. Topping ice cream with that is just going to make it taste disgusting as the "fake" balsamic.

You can also use licorice root for a similar taste and experience to stevia, rose petals for more of a floral taste, dried mint for well mint (this ones my favorite), and many other ones so long as they pair with coffee or chocolate or are like licorice in that they don't change the flavor but just add a sweetness to the drink as the flavor people associate with licorice is actually just anise seed which can also be used in the coffee.

Get a NOS energy drink, add some Tapatio hot sauce to it. Mix it and drink. The mango flavors in the NOS pair well with the hot sauce. Gives your drink a little kick, while your drink gives you a little kick. I had a habanero mango energy drink in California that inspired this. A little Tapatio is also good mixed into some passion orange guava juice. The balsamic... the thing about balsamic vinegar on vanilla ice cream is that they both need to be good... aged balsamic is has a very syrupy viscosity and a bit of sweetness with lighter acidity than younger, more common balsamic. It works well on some high quality, high fat vanilla ice cream. It'll work on more basic vanilla ice cream, but if you're going to spend that much on some aged balsamic, why would you want to waste it on mediocre ice cream? Just fork up the few extra dollars on something nicer and enjoy the experience. Also, ketchup, much like hot sauce, can be put on about ANYTHING... and it will probably work. But people should be reminded that doesn't mean that it SHOULD be put on everything. Act accordingly.

I have ha d the ice cream with the balsamic vinegar. It's great!! I put balsamic vinegar on all types of fruit, you should try warming some fruit and then drizzle the balsamic on top!!

The scrambled egg whites with intact egg yolks is the best

I've been curious about that one. Are the yolks fully raw? Partially cooked by the whites?

I like white rice with butter, sugar and peanuts, it is quite good, almost like rice pudding without the milk, but with peanuts added to it, maybe next time I will do cinnamon sugar like you would do for rice pudding. I imagine the noodle combo would be okay too.
