Whats the difference between the reactive peddels and the normal ones

Reactive are slightly shorter and have a groove for your finger to sit in. They’re nice, but my fingers cramped using them personslly

Is this controller still fully functional ? I've heard bad things about the durability but still bought a scuf and its coming in 2 days, im just hoping it lasts me at least 6 months.

i know one of the paddles is used for X. how do i take that paddle off and make the button X work for like jumping and stuff

The paddles and buttons work, so you can click either. So you can just remove the paddle and have X be jump still

Digital tap. I’ve used the control before, but they break really easy. That being said, my R2 is kinda loose currently on this controller

I got mine and it doesn't turn on. Customer service isn't helping and there's nothing online to help. Tried reset options and it simply doesn't turn on at all and it's brand new. Any way you can help would be a blessing

You have a warranty, I would either ask for a refund or send it in for repair
