Sculpey 101 Class 8: Tutorial on How to Sculpt Texture Stamps with Polymer Clay and Rubber

As an assist to using cloth as a texture plate, you can get the fabric wet (using water, not alcohol) and it will help release it from the clay. Alcohol would have the exact opposite effect, so if you wanted to include cloth but have it behave like clay, you could do it that way to get the cloth totally permeated with clay.
