A week too late! I made a small baseball bat on my lathe as part of a "trophy" for my Grandson. I was wishing there was a way to engrave it but my CNC only does flat surfaces. Now I know it can be done. Thanks Vic!

Thanks so much for this! Really helped me get going right out of the box. The “user origin” tip was especially helpful. I’ve never used that feature. Glad you pointed that out. Another thing I worked out (by way of error) is the Job Origin tab. It’s also good to know in what part of the design/job the laser will be starting from - and then what direction it’ll be heading to. Thanks again!!

Nice video mate! Greetings from Texas! I have a very similar rotary that I bought and added a driver to work with my UV laser. If you haven't figured it out already, 12 oz cans make perfect test subjects as you perfect your settings and learn. Keep up the great work!

Yeah mate, it was a fairly easy learning process despite, with a bit of fun and frustration thrown in but all good in the end 👍🏼
