Yes, I always set in 14mm when sensor is not cropped.

yes it has, when use wide angle lens (Resolution based in UHD). as my experience in tokina 11-20 F2.8 I always set in 14mm or more focal length but from 12.5mm no vigneting in tokina cinema 11-20 T2.9, Vigneting upto 21mm in Sigma 18-35 F1.8. Hope this is your answer.

Which codec BRAW or Prores? Did you sharpen in post?

BRAW_Q0_60fps. No sharpen tool in post but contrast work is around 1.200
