Just keep playing dude! You can only get better if you play more. Watching pro players as well helps a lot. Pay attention to what angles they hold and how they move around the map

All you gotta do is get reps in, just like everything in life I seriously do recommend you to check out my aim and movement guide. I made them earlier this week. Play against bots in a private match, I always get at least 200 kills before I play ranked Watch Cellium use an ar and hold the angles he does
