Looks like Oldham took a good following. I was at the Chesterfield game last Friday and was surprised by the amount of support that York took. I'm going to GP next Saturday against Southend, and hopefully watch Scunny end on a positive note. Even though you have met relegation Gareth, it's not the end of the world, believe me. If the organisation can be run correctly and you get players who want to play for you rather than pick up wage packets then who knows for next season?

Another relegation has been on the cards for some time. The last few years have been disastrous. The rot really set in with appointment of Neil Cox and they have never recovered. Surprised to see how positive some of the fans are, hats off ! However if they can't cut it in the National League North next season it may be time to pack it in.

Jez, clapping your side after losing 0-2 at home and getting relegated. We may well still be joining you next season but in the South. When we went down a couple of seasons ago (TUFC), we kept full time and spent some cash and luckily came straight back up. You’ll find yourself the big fish in the pond that everyone wants to beat. I genuinely think you have the momentum with you. I can see Shots dropping down. I know you have the tougher fixtures on paper. Though some will be in party mode and others assured of play offs. So who knows. Yeah I don’t think we’ll have it as easy as some are thinking. I just hope we don’t turn up to places expecting 3 points without having to play. National League North is a living death for ex Football League clubs, Stockport, York, Chester, Darlington, Hereford have all spent 5 or 6 years there, some are still there. The refs are all out to "prove" they can handle a big crowd by not giving the big teams anything, it's a cup final every week because everybody wants to prove their Mickey Mouse club is massive too. My club, The Shaymen, was dying on its feet there even though we only spent 2 and then 1 season there. Good luck. 👍

Fear for you, things got bad at Town and bad for the Gimps aswell but never this bad, youll struggle for 1500 next season just havent the partizan support Grimsby have and a University the gimps had to bolster crowds 😅.
