I really appreciate your videos some of the medicinals that I have attempted to plant this year of course I already know their effects that's why I'm growing them but what I don't know is how to grow them or where they like to be. There's a lot of KZbinrs that'll tell you all the benefits of a plant and in some of their videos you can see they're just reading online information into the camera. What really helps me is to see someone who's growing a plant and to tell me some of the plants idiosyncrasies you know under what conditions that like best. Moist/shade /sun/ dappled you've been really good about that. I also like to know about how to divide them, what's going to happen to them in a few years, what are they going to look like when they have grown up, do they spread. Thank you so much brother for taking the time to show us your plants and how you grow them.

@@AppleOfThineEye Scutellaria lateriflora is a sedative. Scutellaria baicalensis is for infections, cancer and so on. Like Ashwagandha. Ksm-66 acts as an upper and regular Ashwagandha acts as a downer. Not sure what the dream state would be like taking both Ashwagandha and Blue Skullcap together lol. Both produce a deep sleep.

My guess is division. I recently went to some wild patches; they were growing outward by rhizome, and dug up two small sprouts to plant at home, in a bucket. They seem to be doing fine now. I hope this helps.
