Hello and welcome to my rematch against the Pokemon Emerald Randomizer Nuzlocke Challenge! I tried in 2013, then again in 2015... both ended in failure. Let's conquer this challenge once and for all.

I ran the maths, the probability of hydro pump hitting twice and razor leaf missing twice is 0.16%. The RNG gods were not smiling on you.
