SDs might not be my thing, but I have mad respect for this kit seeing how good it looks, and for being the half-predecesor to one of my favorite HGs, the Command Qan[T]. I love that Gundam.

Captain in SD Gundam Force is the command Gundam and looks like a small version of the RX-78-2 Gundam that is piloted by Amaro Ray. When Captain is not fighting, he is shown without his mask which has a humanoid face underneath.

I don't know why they scrapped BB Senshi for SDEX line, though I'm glad they returned to SDCS line. Maybe, for once, they should reprint more CS frame kits for those who have older SDCS sets too?

BB Senshi didn't go anywhere. Its still released, albeit very slow with new releases, with BB Senshi MSN-04FF being the most recent one. (even though it's just an old Bb Senshi Sazabi, but with two lobster cannons, just like the RG variant). They are mostly limited (P-bandai or gundam base) kits now though. Bandai is now focused a lot on the SDEX and SDW Heroes lines instead. I just wish we saw more frequent SDCS releases with a vast variety of kits because this line is the best SD has to offer among regular SD kits (not counting MGSD). Many people sleep on it because they've burned themselves on a SDEX kit once and mistakenly think that all SD kits are like the SDEX ones.

Probably they pushed the BB senshi line aside in favor of maximizing profits with minimal effort kits. Not even 80s kits had hollow spaces out in the open (like the legs and even shoulders of some SDEX kits)

BB Senshi is just sluggish in modern day. And while I do like SDCS better, I can't deny the quality of the original SD line with modern tech. I just wish they'd get more reissues

this light armor mode honestly look the best out of the three. knight still has balls on the shoulder and musha still wears his pants

You should see the SDX line; the Final Formula, apparently from the same “story” our boi Command is from, is a BIG CHUNGUS compared to the SDWH version

I genuinely am not interested in the SDW line due to how overly designed they are for their own good. Although, I am slightly interested in checking out the Omnitsu Aerial and Musha the 78th at some point

With the SD kits, a lot of the differences depend upon what it's representing. The ones tied into the SD game line, for example tend to be very hit or miss, others look good and some bad. Though I keep hoping we'll get a normal version of the Gundam Aquarius at some point

When it comes to SDs, I miss when they did their original stuff and didn't try to overcompensate on visuals. Frankly, that's the one thing holding the SDW kits back.

There are no variants of the standard Barbatos that has a duplicate backpack left over, so your only bet is to buy a duplicate

how did you do the eye-flashing effects in your videos?

It's just a gif of a lens flare I modified based on the kits. Though sometimes, I asked my friend to underlay the eyes with a glow effect, then used fade transitions for them.

Sheesh what is that Rising Freedom? It looks like a cheap knock-off. Anyway with the trio completed, will you be doing more sd kits in the future?

Rising Freedom is indicative of the movie's age, of when it was initially shelved. Anyway, I do plan to check out more original Legend BB offerings at some point, though I would like to clear some of the 30-kit backlog before doing so. That being said, I still have quite a few SDs in said backlog to check out.
