Hi, you have a very nicely done quick test. Good camera, good work. Calm verbal expression. Everything important solved. After a long time, Citroen produced a very very capable and tight machine in many ways. Testers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia were similarly satisfied, especially the excellent chassis. Mild criticism was directed at the rear seats and the armrests in the doors - it is said that Citroen could work on this point and improve it. Greetings from the Czech republic.

Citroen only seems to allow Hybrid versions with adaptive suspension for test. The other versions in the range do not have adaptive suspension even as an option. They do not ride as well.

This is an interesting display, your camera does not pick up the display at all sometimes seems like a polarized filter when your head moves. no flicker so that is a plus.

Have you driven the mid range 1.6 petrol only version Shine model, if so, is it as refined?

I will drive it soon....not yet drive but I know the engine and transmission and it should be very silent and smooth

@@SDADanCars Looking forward to that review, I wonder if the suspension comfort is the same / similar. Some reviewers say it's the same, others that due to the hybrid's weight the normal petrol version's suspension is slightly better

Received email from my dealer today, my car will arrive to them by end of this week! Once they’ve registered it , I should take ownership hopefully 1st week of October 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 1.6l , 180 HP Amazonite Grey with black Perla roof , Shine spec (UK) …can’t wait 🤗🤗🤗

They are very similar .....but probably Range Rover because it has air suspensions 👍

Probably a Range Rover, but the price is 4x higher and much, much higher service costs :o)) The fundamental devaluation of the C5X is the lack of a 4x4 variant, which is a shame because the chassis is relatively high for light terrain.

Promises 1.3l 100km, but uses 6.2l / 100km soft drive

it doesn't promise 1.3l/100km it promises 1.3l+16.6kWh. the consumption tests they do are the same for all cars and the values for PHEVs are just harder to compare (that's why it's great if they add "consumption when the battery is empty"-values but they don't do that in ads as it's regulated) but the values are not more or less off compared to pure petrol powered cars overall
