As someone who has terrible year round allergies, this is something that has kept me not nearly as bad over the last few years. Make sure to keep on top of any meds or vitamins that you take daily. Also use nasal sprays like Nasacort or simply saline as needed. Its always hard to make sure but you got this Gracie!!

Also Quercetin has changed my life! I take vitamins/capsules of it and it has probably taken my allergies down by 90%. And I use to get allergy shots and am still on Zyrtec and all

There is reason cruises are cheap . They are paid like shit and don’t have to follow us labor laws usually and work really long hours and there rooms suck . It’s not same

YES!!!! I rarely get sick (like i NEVER get sick when i am living my day to day life) BUT the two things that i LOVE in life are going on cruises and going to the USA (from Australia) and every time that i've done one of these trips (at least 9 times now) i come home with the flu. I KNOW for me, that it is definitely the AC on cruises and the AC in America. 👎
