Cheers for the video! It’s a beautiful kayak! Did you notice any problems with maintaining your heading while being blown by the wind?

Thank you Sean, no, no problems with that, it keep straight. I was surprised how fast we were kayaking against the current, the waves and the wind and it was such great fun and we were in control at all times. It does not feel like an inflatable. That is the initial scene in the video, wind >15mhp, when it was not good for fishing. The other days, the current and wind were taking us quite far while we were fishing, usually between 1-2 km further in the sea, and we were coming back in about 10-20 mins against up to 10mph wind.

@@JollyLife4U Thank you for the reply. Sounds like a great boat! I have been looking at some others that are hybrid but a bit more budget friendly. Hopefully I will choose one with similar performance.

Yeah, I was researching a lot myself prior to buying it. Once I found this one, I just felt I got to have it, although due to the cost I waited for a few months, but I was always coming back to it and I just could not resist it. I needed an inflatable for fishing, and I could not find a mid-specs one, it was either those that I feel sorry about seeing people in, or the Sea Eagle, or I drop the idea of fishing in France. If you think you can use it often, better go for what you like.

Do you still recommend this kayak how is it holding up?

Yes, still excellent and no change since last year. Took it to Morecambe Bay this year against the current and was very happy with it.
