Sea of Thieves Season 4 Speculation! Possible World Event Added to Adventure Mode!

Sea of thieves season 4! New content to come! Probably will be the world event tall tale number five from season 3! It all makes sense to me and this is most likely what rare will be adding to season 4.

I'm expecting season 4 to be adventure mode additions and small add-ons. Season 5 will be a set up to a alliance with flame heart to stop Davy Jones from taking over sea of thieves. Davy Jones would make a new locker, if it happens flame heart would be destroyed. He couldn't use most of his powers.

I think rare took a lot of good feedback on the sirens and are going to push then to the forefront to cool down on skeletons. Just waiting for the reduction on enemy spawn times

You’ll get paper pirate hats and wood swords and ride eyore into the flowery fields of nature fighting the newest enemy added to the dark brethren Tigger. Fun fact the Black Pearl is an Indiaman not a Galleon. Another famous Indiaman was the real life American ship during the revolution the USS Bonhomme Richard. And the Walrus from Black Sails. I love indiaman lol.

good to see you back schrogs! the Davy jones fleet event is to close to the flameheart and skeleton fleet events so i dont think they will add that any time soon, also it would destroy the entire plot of a pirates life if we have already defeated the flying dutchman but i could be wrong. personally i would like it if they added skeletons with blunder and fire bombs for season 4 and then something big for season 5 or 6. also i think you should do the face cam on gaming videos and no face cam on speculation videos but its up to you

Thanks Lachlan!!!! I think the world event wouldn't be lore based, just extra content, not really sure though. And skeletons with those would be great. Because they don't have abilities so it would add some depth to their mechanics which is much needed! And I am okay with a small update for s4 as well so they can have more big updates later. And I will do face cam for gaming vids and I will maybe add it in more but just not do all of the editing that I usually do except maybe once a week I will for special vids.

Honestly im fine with them lowering ocean crawler and siren spawn rates.. Even if you're solo 5 crabs can just easily spawn on you and since they have so much health there will be another 5 by the time you kill 2

Yeah they can overwhelm you for sure. Plus you can get the crabs, skeletons, ghosts, and sirens in the water shooting you all at the same time lol

I think that season 4 will be a lot like season 2, where they only add a few things and that they are focussing on season 5 right now. If season 5 is good, I'm fine with them doing that.

Oh yeah they have to do this because it is so ridiculous right now. The sirens are the most broken thing in the game, you can't even jump in the water without hearing them singing their songs lol

I am hoping they are considering a six person ship. I have six friends who love to play this game and it would be nice for all of us to play together without having to spend a fairly long time server hopping so we can all meetup and have some fun. Having the six person ship be somewhat like the Black Pearl would be cool. Maybe a lower deck of cannons but can't be moved as much as the top deck cannons. Its also super hard to maneuver. You really need everyone at their best in order to properly sail this thing. Could be really fun.

Dude yes! A lot of people have been asking for this for a while, which this ship you described would be the man-of-war and exactly how you described it. This would be a lot of fun and much easier to get larger groups together to play.

@@Schrogs maybe but the idea of 6 or even 5 people on a ship sounds really difficult to fight against, plus we have to consider what the downsides would be to balance it out a little with other ships, a galleon with good players can already be really difficult to take down but its large, hard to maneuver, and requires good teamwork so its easier to get a bad crew on a galleon than a good one compared to a brig but a man of war would have to be huge, have an even nastier broadside than the galleon, and somehow be harder to sail but maybe the coordination needed on such a big ship would weigh things out

What if they add in a new fort event or something which has the ghost ships from tall tale 5 circling around and ghosts protect the fort. The boss (hopefully never graymarrow again) could be a cursed ghost or something and the loot we could receive is like an Athena, flameheart ghost Skulls and crates and maybe a new phantom drop since sirens and ocean crawlers drop hearts but the phantoms have no loot at all.

Yeah I would rather have something more new though. The forts are too repetitive and there are already 3 different forts in the game. I would be more supportive of the idea if there was new loot drops in the game rather than loot that is already available through different means. What if they added all new ghost loot that you would get from it? I think that would be cooler. What do you think?

I really hope they don't do that. The Davy Jones fight is just Flameheart with a few extra stuff. I think it would be better if Jones takes over Flameheart's place as a World Event for some time.

I dont think davy jones is going to be a world event due to the fact that spoiler the ferryman locked him away for good. Maybe he finds a way out but im not entirly sure because time works differently in the damned and the dark brethren are starting to make moves as well with the "captain" comming along. id like to be hopeful but this game and it's team has always struggled adding new things to the game because of servers & its like trying to add water to a cup thats already full, they usually need to reduce/remove something somewhere to add something new thats why they like to recycle content

Well someone was explaining to me the servers are only preventing them from expanding outwards but nothing is preventing them from expanding downwards. At least that's how I understand it which is odd because they did expand the map out slightly in some areas. I really hope they get better servers one day because it is just so lame that we are capped out for new content because of it....
