Sea Otters Bathing and Floating - Short

Welcome to Morro Bay!
In the shadow of Morro Rock lies the bay and the docks. This protected area draws many critters to include the sea otters that have made this part of the Central Coast their home! With kelp forests and calm waters, otters come here to raise their young, rest and feed! When it comes time to sleep, otters will wrap themselves in the kelp to anchor themselves in the bay, that way they don't float away to sea while asleep (sometimes they even hold hands - it's as adorable as it sounds).
We set up to capture these guys happily bathing and then floating when they're done. Watching these otters spin and fluff their fur never fails to bring on a smile!
