Thank you for the awesome demonstration, ladies! In my culture, we tend to cook in cast iron pots and pans. You talked a little bit about the importance of having a heavy bass on your pots, so naturally I’m thinking about my pots. Cast Iron is very heavy all around, and it does tend to hold heat for a long time. Have you already tried that with your thermal ovens, please? I would love to know the results.
