Love that vintage look and communist symbol hands, makes it so unique even though I wasn’t sure if the design would look good at first but now I definitely see the communist symbol hand as the main appeal of this watch

What does the hook mean on the chronograph hand? How does this fit the story of the watch?

The hammer and sickle is a symbol meant to represent proletarian solidarity, a union between agricultural and industrial workers. It was first adopted during the Russian Revolution at the end of World War I, the hammer representing workers and the sickle representing the peasants.
