@ true… but we really don’t know since both sides lied to the fans… Pete and Russ. I have talked to Russ several times in Seattle at the Edgewater Hotel restaurant and at a Mexican restaurant in Uptown/Queen Anne. He was dating a waitress at the Mexican place when he first arrived in Seattle and before he got rich and famous and weird. Before Ciara he was funny and outgoing and friendly, and even ripped a big one one night in the hotel lounge after he asked the waitress to pull his finger. Once she entered the picture this guy acted as if he was in the military and could barely smile, laugh, or talk to the common people. I even seen him get scolded by her for laughing to loud and making a joke. Anyways, I’d rather have him and his drama than Geno and Spoon, but that’s just me. I love Geno as a person and leader and his attitude and commitment, but he’s overpaid and too average. I put him at around 12 to 15 best in NFL.

@@justinland1208 maybe, Maybe not. $25 million a year for to lead a team to 6-5 record in a weak division with 12 TDs, 12 INTs, and a 54.6 QBR (22nd in NFL) is not deserving of a pay raise IMO. 1.5 million USD per game to average 1 TD and 1INT per game is more than fair for Geno. 20 TD and 10 INT and top 15 in QBR and he’s worth 40m per year. I’m a Geno fan but I’m also a season ticket holder and want to see the team have money to pay for an above average o-line and d-line. Don’t want to see the same mess that Russ was in with his high salary and no money to pay a a good o-line.
