DO NOT do push-ups if you have spent many hours playing at computer or video games on TV. I got wrist injury from doing push-ups when it was stiff from playing at computer for a while, but was able to do push-ups any other time. Remember to get 1000 mg of calcium daily. @EricDaMAJ4 ай бұрын
@@AniketLimbachia You're still growing up. So you'll have to wait just a few years to start seriously building muscle. (You can irreparably hurt yourself if you try too young). But til then you can work on keeping/improving your flexibility (really important for strength) and endurance. Learn to swim like a damn fish and get yourself used to being wet and cold. (Don't try and freeze yourself to death though) Once you get to 15 or so you'll be ready or nearly ready to start serious weigh training (the flexibility helps build strength so it will help) Consult a professional health expert first to make sure your ready. Then consult whatever physical fitness professionals you can find who can help. Read or watch everything you can about the Navy SEALs. This runs for Richard Marcinko (Vietnam era) to Jocko Willink (GWOT). Once you get to the point you're in really good shape start trying to talk to actual Navy SEALs in person to get way better advice than I can give. (If you're in good shape they'll take you a lot more seriously than a fat guy). Good luck
