We couldn't be more honored to have a friend of the company like Evan. We hope you enjoy hearing about his story as much as we did telling it. If you find yourself on the slopes in Idaho this winter, go say hi! Evan also runs a commando inspired apparel company, "30 Seconds Out". ☕️🇺🇸

My dad was a trainer for Native American troops just prior to WWII but, he broke his back in a training accident and was medically discharged on 25 Nov 1941. He couldn't get well in time to re-enlist by the end of the war so, hired Vietnam vets to work on our ranch and I worked with LRRP, Recon and snipers as a kid. When we'd break for lunch they'd sit and tell me stories of fighting in the jungle, then my girlfriend's uncle, that was a decorated SEAL, talked me into joining up. I couldn't thank those guys enough, altho I never made it as far up as I wanted too, their spirit made claw and scratch for every special assignment I could get until my body was at the edge of just shutting down. When I got to civilian life I took that with me and it made me a good employee and leader. Thank you America for my service! #GreatestTimeOfMyLife

First thank you for your service and keeping people safe on the mountain, recently in Northern Idaho there were several avalanches on Silver Mountain and three people lost there lives. A veteran named Alexander Castagno happened to be up there that day and thought not part of ski patrol, he helped rescue and recover the people. It would be amazing if you went and got ahold of him and hosted an avalanche safety course or did something at the resort to help training so that this does not happen again. Please take this into accountability and thank you for all you do Evan.

I’m with you young man. loved my 23 years. I was just a Wing Nut but got all the combat training the AF would allow. I did have the honor to work with the agency during Desert Storm and a Seal Team in Alaska. Beyond that I was the master of disaster. Superintendent of Humanitarian Relief behind hurricane Andrew in south Florida. Tornados. I did the planning and asset placement for GITMO. When I built it it was for 75,000 Cuban and Haitian refugees. I never drew a weapon from the armory after Desert Storm. I did Humanitarian. Wasn’t a combat hero like you guys.

Every American should take a knee and thank God for our military and the protection that they provide for us daily. These men and women have shown honor which is sadly lacking in today's millennial generation. During this time of year, it is even more important to let our military know they are appreciated. I live fairly close to Camp Lejeune and several local families invite Marines and Sailors for Christmas dinner. It's a way to give back to them that have given so much.
