Sean on his radio show stated that mostly he talked to Cohen for advice about real estate and it was only a few times so that is why he is stating their conversations never involved a third party. Do I believe him? no, but that is why he is stating that. As for if its a conflict of interest this gets a bit tricky because if he only ever sought advice from Cohen without payment then he was not actually a client and therefore it's not fully a conflict of interest just highly unethical not to disclose that information. Now if it comes out he has in the past used him as a lawyer and paid him for his services then yes that is a conflict of interest and at the very least he gets the boot from Fox News.

Maybe don't look up to the guy who kept a book of Hitler speeches in his nightstand and would occasionally page through it at night (according to Ivana Trump). Trump's defense of his Hitler book is it was a gift, but that he would never read it... as if the act of reading it is why people are concerned. Maybe don't admire the guy who repeatedly makes racist comments, implements racist policies (systematically evacuating black employees from his casinos, systematically denying housing to black apartment renters, etc), who was repeatedly sued for discrimination by the justice department, and who systematically retweets posts from white supremacy twitter channels. Maybe don't pick the guy who has one of the strongest documented records of pathological lying for a US political office, who lasted until March before having his first lie-free day. Maybe don't praise the guy who defrauds everyone he can by failing to pay countless employees and contracts what he owes them. Several hundred of liens and suits from employees and contractors are known from painters, plumbers, waitresses, construction workers, etc. Trump has even failed to pay members of his own campaign team and even defrauded the Freedom Kids who sang at his rallies (North Korea Style). His lawyers strong arm most of his victims by threatening to create a legal quagmire of filings and counter suits that could entrench them in years of legal fees.
