I know that people can be critical of Sean Penn , but when it comes down to it , if there were more heartfelt humanitarians like him , the world would be a better place . Michael, you have a good heart. Still, “when it comes down to it” needs to mean something. Comes down to what? In his efforts to “help others” it seems seems he is going to hurt others via unemployment because their doctor, religious convictions, or otherwise choose to say no to the operation warp speed created vaccine that offers about 99.5% protection of a virus that has a 99.5% survival rate for the 10% of the entire US population who have ever reportedly tested positive for such a virus. How do you know what’s best for other people? Again, I get where you’re coming from Michael, but have mercy on the fringe folks for they too have certain unalienable rights just as every American citizen in America. “Let me help you said the monkey as he pulled the fish out of the water and placed it on the tree.” -Alan Watts. If you have no choice in your country, then virtue cannot manifest in the people.

Funny, I thought the opposite. From the gate Stephen Colbert put Sean Penn back up however the interview ended up going well. Reading former UN head Ban Ki Moon's memoir, he describes how Sean Penn during the first Haiti earthquake didn't even wait for the equipment and machines to arrive. He started helping dig and remove dirt and rubble with his bare hands. Full respect.
