Here’s mine: 10. Havoc 9. Nobody 2 8. Captain America 7. Ballerina 6. Fantastic 4 5. Sinners - Creed is one of my favourite movies. The visuals look excellent and the story sounds amazing. I’m a Hailee Steinfeld simp just like shameik ✊ 4. F1 - Been following Damson Idris’s career closely since snowfall ended and this seems to be his biggest project yet. It helps that Kosinski is working on it and Pitt is one of my favourite actors. 3. Thunderbolts* - The writers of Beef, The Bear and Bojack Horseman are working on this. Yelena and Bucky are some of my favourite side characters. It’s gotta be great. 2. Mission Impossible - A franchise which generally gets better with every entry and dead reckoning was my favourite. The trailer was phenomenal. 1. Superman - James Gunn is one of my favourite directors and I have full faith in him. The trailer looked great. Finally the DCU’s real start.

This will be a bit different from my letterboxd list Hm: the wolfman, thunderbolts, flight risk, the account 2, fantastic four (I'm just skeptical that this is coming out once we get a trailer this is in my top 10) 10: Paddington in Peru: I love Paddington and especially Paddington 2 and this doesn't look like it is on the level of those but it's still going to be good 9: Mickey 17: I haven't actually seen Parasite yet but this looks like it has a great concept and it's Robert Pattinson 8: ballerina: it gives me hope that it got delayed and who they brought in to finish the action and the trailer was really good 7: Tron ares: I am of the opinion that Tron legacy is a better movie than Tron and a new one has me excited 6: F1: I love all the talent involved and that trailer was hype 5: karate kid legends: I wasn't very excited for this but then the trailer won me over it looks great 4: Avatar: fire and ash: I thought Avatar 2 was even better than the first and I am most intrigued by the fire people out of these elements 3: Superman: that trailer was great and I have a lot of faith in James Gunn 2: Wicked part 2: shockingly I loved the movie I did not think I would like it because it wasn't marketed the best but I've seen the play and I can't wait to see the second half adapted 1: mission impossible final reckoning: I have been watching these in the theater with my dad starting from ghost protocol so I am beyond hyped to see potentially the last Ethan Hunt movie with him it could be an emotional experience for both of us

I got a ton of anticipated movies this year! Glad you’re as pumped for The Gorge as I am!!! 1. The Gorge - Everyone involved from the cinematographer, director, actors, and Reznor/Ross have me so pumped. 2. Fantastic Four - love the cast and everything we’ve heard about the film thus far. 3. 28 Years Later - Alex Garland and Danny Boyle teaming up again to deliver a follow up to the original fantastic zombie film. 4. The Smashing Machine - I don’t like The Rock, but when you pair him with one of the Safdie Bros who gave us Uncut Gems and Good Time we got something special cooking. 5. The Running Man Remake - Edgar Wright directing with Glen Powell starring. Yes please! 6. Thunderbolts - Love the cast and crew involved. Cinematographer of The Green Knight, and director of Beef from 2023 7. Wake Up Dead Man: Knives Out 3 - Stacked cast and I have loved the Knives Out movies 8. Tron Ares - The movie I feel most nervous about because of the plot and director involved. The world and look of Tron is awesome though, and Trent Reznor/Ross are scoring. Hell yes. 9. Superman - Looks to be a great setup to the DCU. 10. Marty Supreme - Josh Safdie directing and Timothee Chalamet starring. Plot sounds bonkers but I’m ip for anything the Safdies do. HM’s: The Drama - Robert Pattinson starring in anything has me excited Warfare - Alex Garland returning to direct a war movie. Caught Stealing - Darren Aronofsky directing and Austin Butler starring Mickey 17 - See “The Drama” above. Also Bong Joon Ho directing is epic Predator Badlands - I love the Predator as a creature. Dan Trachtenberg has all my trust Mission Impossible - The previous film disappointed me, but I’m excited to see how it ends regardless

I'm sure the discourse online will be very civil ;) - Death of a Unicorn (Jenna Ortega and Paul Rudd in an unicorn horror movie) - Eddington (If reports are true, this is Ari Aster doing a zombie movie set during COVID. My top 10 most anticipated include: 10) How to Train Your Dragon (LAR) 🐉 -Normally, I’m not really into “Live Action Remakes”, but this is my favorite Dreamworks franchise, and I think HTTYD could fit well in live action 9) The Bad Guys 2 🦹‍♂️ -I thought the first film was absolutely delightful, I think it could lend to a solid sequel, and I think Dreamworks is making a bit of a comeback 8) Dog Man 🐶 -The trailer looked really good, it’s a really nostalgic book series for me, and once again, I’m rooting for Dreamworks 7) Karate Kid Legends 🥋 -I enjoy this franchise, they sold with Ralph Machio teaming up with Jackie Chan, so I’m rooting for this movie to be a good legacy sequel 6) Thunderbolts* ⚡️🔩 -This looks like a solid anti-hero team up movie, and I’m hoping this’ll be a kick in the pants for the MCU 5) Jurassic World Rebirth 🦖 -This sounds like an interesting new direction for the franchise and I like the new cast 4) *ironically* Fantastic Four First Steps 4️⃣ -This movie has had an extensive preproduction phase to make sure it is done right, the cast is pretty phenomenal, so I’m very optimistic 3) Predator Badlands ☠️ -This sounds like a very interesting new direction for the Predator franchise and I really dug Prey, so I’m looking forward to it 2) Superman 🦸‍♂️ -I really want to love this movie, the trailer was pretty great, I’m hopeful for the DCU, so I think it has a chance at being my favorite of the year. Only thing holding it back is the nerve racking first reactions that have been less than favorable. 1) Mission Impossible 8 💥 -I adore this franchise. Even at its worst, it’s entirely watchable, and Tom Cruise is, once again, putting backbreaking effort into making a film, so I’m all on board for another fantastic Mission Impossible movie!

I'd like to see Hollywood try the "Guy Who Feels No Pain" action movie in Novocaine. I've seen it done in India as Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (literally means Man Feels No Pain) a grounded action film. Other than that, I'm all for Superman at number 1. My MCU pick goes to Thunderbolts*. I'm excited for Sinners, both the Predator films coming out, Zootopia 2, and Mission Impossible: the Final Reckoning. As an Indian, I have to mention some. I can only talk about the big films because in India trailers are released much closer to the release as opposed to Hollywood. So, we never know which small drama or prestige film is coming out in advance a lot. But in terms of big films: 1) Chhaava (historical epic action film with gruesome action as the teaser showed) 2) Coolie (a standalone action film by the director of Leo) 3) Sitaare Zameen Par (sports-drama about a coach and a team of differently abled athletes starring Aamir Khan - main actor from 3 Idiots if you wanna know.) 4) War 2 (this is just too obvious. YRF SPY Universe film. Hritihik Roshan vs NTR Jr - who played opposite Ram Charan in RRR - obviously I'm there.)

HM - Avatar: Ash and Fire, Wolf Man, Zootopia 2, The Gorge 10. Wicked for Good - wasn't expecting much for the 1st, excited for the 2nd 9. Karate Kid: Legends - I love the first movie and really appreciate the 2nd, I'm excited to know how this one will play it out 8. Captain America: Brave New World - I love the MCU, and the hole marvel, I'm just a bit sceptical about a no Steve Rogers Captain America 7. Ballerina - I love all of the John Wick, excited to see a spin-off 6. Fantastic Four - we haven't had a Fantastic 4 movie since like 2007. It's not higher because the previous 4 movies are kinda disappointing, except the Silversurfer one 5. Predator Badlands - It's a predator movie, same director as Prey, say no more 4. Mission Impossible 8 - These last MI movies have been so good, and this one its the final? Say no more 3. Jurassic World: Rebirth - it doesn't matter how bad the JP or JW movie is, I will enjoy watching it anyways. 2. Thunderbolts - MCU's suicide squad? I hope this movie ends up being one of the best of marvel 1. Superman - The trailer looked good, I love the Christopher Reeves' movies ( 1 and 2), Man of Steel was really solid, I have so high hopes for this one

There's a fan theory Ilsa just might be still alive, which seems like an unbelievable twist, but this is McQuarrie were talking about. Remember the start of Fallout? And the usual suspects? I wouldn't put it past him. Then again maybe Rebecca Ferguson just had to leave due to scheduling conflicts (with Silo?) so was killed off to explain why she wouldn't be in The Final Reckoning. Her death was sloppy, felt forced, unnatural and unnecessary. Upset a lot of fans. Is she actually still alive? Could be the best twist in an MI movie yet. Guess we'll find out in May.

Huh, Flight Risk is a new thriller movie with Mark Wahlberg I know that, which looks pretty interesting but also pretty standard for this sort of survival thriller type scenario that this movie is built around but, I have loved a few of Mel Gibson’s directorial efforts in the past so, who knows maybe he can bring something to it that the marketing just hasn’t shown us yet, however I definitely will check this one out when it releases.
