Interesting stuff, great to have it in the arsenal. A short remark on the envelope force: Making an open prediction on the face of the envelope weakens the effect IMHO. I think it is better to ask the spectator about a special word to put down, so to make the envelope unique. Thus it is justified as well to put the envelope on top of the deck to grab the sharpie.

The last force is swift. Love it! Thankyou sean. Little bonus for any magician reading this, u can use time to force as well. It's all in the timing 😉. Happy practicing!

I LOVE these forces Sean! For the envelope force, I do something different. I control the spectators selection to the top of the deck, load the card under the card box, they shuffle the deck, deal any number of cards, put the box with the card under the box on top of the pile, have them tap the box, lift the box away and there is the card. You could probably peek the card, write it on a Joker, put it in the box, continue with the trick, and then when the box with the card is on the pile, the spectator can open the box, see the joker has the right card and under the box is the selection. #Roadto7K!

Hi Sean there was a tutorial of yours where a spectator throws an ace into the deck and their selection ends up between two aces one that starts face up on the bottom of the deck at the beginning. I can't seem to find that sandwich tutorial has it been removed. Regards Alan

Yes! From time to time, I will post gems from my book and keep them up for a short time. That sandwich trick was one of those. Shoot me message on Instagram @seanpdevine
