I’ve watched a lot and f your videos and today I was thinking about people who have disabilities- who are often unemployed- for no reason other than employers are not interested. All of the advise/info could be really beneficial to that population.

I have had a few internet businesses and did almost this exact plan. The only issue I have is selling your business doesn't make a ton of sense. It is like the story of the goose that lays the golden eggs. Once you kill the goose the golden eggs stop coming aka you sell the business and it stops making money. The money the business makes is more than stocks, you have more control, and you can still live cheaply off of it and invest all the extra profits into the stock market. Over time you will have more income from the business coming in as you create more content and your investment money will continue to grow as you fund it more. You eventually hit a point where your investment income and business income are about the same and now you can really start to live a great life. You can either get someone to run the business for you, sell it, or just live off of its profits, but do nothing as it slowly makes less and less. You don't really care as you have all of its money plus other investment money coming in.

Great content as usual ! You Can improve this : as KDP IS a digital business you Can first change your tax residence for Romania Panama or Paraguay : instead of give 30% of your annual gain or your 800 000 you'll give 3% 😁

I think u need to actually live in those countries and pay tax there. I live abroad, and all my US federal tax is exempt up to 80,000/year. I still pay self-employment and social security tax. Been doing this since 2008.
@yasminec3292

@@everybodylovessnoopy you need to live 6 months in the country and take an international insurance for about 2000 a year but it although depend from where you come. Perhaps i'm wrong but in Romania i think social security is not required if you take only dividends from your SRL and a private contract

Great video Sean. And appreciate the effort. The concept as you say is the most important piece. I respectfully disagree though on putting all your money in conservative stocks. Instead, my approach is to focus on real estate. Why? Because of a) equity that you can then leverage b) cash flow over and above expenses that can quite easily get to over $3,750 a month. Perhaps a little more risk this way but making $5k to $10k a month in passive income PLUS having millions in property equity (at least that’s my vision) is an amazing spot to be in.

Inspiring video and thank you. Just wanted to add that you forgot to mention the EmpireFlippers commission, which on a $820k sale would be $114,600. So $820,000 - $114,600 = $705,400. After paying 20% for capital gains tax, you'd be left with $564,320 to invest. Also, it's unclear in the video how you went from $640k to $772k to invest (see around 07:46)

How can I get your complete training webinar? Thanks.

Hey Sean. I wanted to share with you what I think might be one of the reasons why some people have many kdp accounts. Not only to diversify, but I think it's also because you can publish similar books, it's like you can compete with yourself. Example: If you have one kdp account and you publish a book named: "Vending business: 7 steps to live through a passive income" You cannot publish on the same account another book: "Vending business for beginners: how to achieve a passive income in 3 months" It's like duplicate content, isn't it? But if you have 2-3-4 kdp accounts, you might publish similar books targeting same keywords, basically competing with yourself and getting all the traffic for that keyword. What do you think? I used to do that when I was working on app business on Google play store. While an app might cost me 1000€. To change user interface, might cost only 100€. So for 1400€ I can publish 5 apps and taking all the traffic to certain keywords, basically competing with myself in that niche.

Hi Sean! Thanks again for all the great info. If you (okay me) applied for the Royalty Hero program and it has been 24 hours without receiving a text for the phone call appointment does that mean your application was denied or should I be worried there was an issue with my Mexico phone service (which always has issues)? Either way, no worries, I am all in on publishing no matter what, just wanted to check. Cheers! - Nola

So you are making $20k a month, sell the business so you can invest in stocks in order to make $4k a month. Sorry but if you kept making $20k a month, you could still move to Bali. And after 3 years the $20k a month should be higher and you can sell the business for more. And you would have saved an extra $600k. Should have kept your business.
