you should use multiple out folders (which is why they make you set it multiple times), overlay the frames of each keyframe render zone by how long you want your overlap to be, then smooth transition between each one to hide both the jitter and blend the frames smoothly between each other.
@Privolti3 жыл бұрын
Even then the result is not smooth. That's why ebsynth is given for free. And when the animation breaks, even if slightly, the focus of the audience shifts from the story to the outside ie animation. That's when the story fails.
@Sazoji3 жыл бұрын
@@Privolti have you seen rotoscoped animation? Even before ebsynth there's been jitter and an uncanny feeling. It's the artist's job to use that constraint in order to make a good product. Joel Haver's animations are great because he follows how old rotoscoping worked, using the silhouettes to make interesting characters and the more human-like uncannyness and artifact-y-ness of the scene to portray a more satirical tone in his bits. You know they are normal people in costumes being animated over. That's the point.

I just discovered your channel because of this video , which I love, but quickly realised this is primarily a C4D channel. I had a look at he other videos and I really really love your 3D work too. Your style just appeals to me. Unfortunately, I know virtually nothing about about 3D. So until you bring out some C4D masterclasses, which I will rush out to buy, hopefully so that some of your style will rub off on me, I will watch all your other videos on here. Liked and subbed. Turns out they didn't just de-age Will Smith for Gemini Man - they pretty much started over from scratch. The young version is completely 3D computer-generated and rendered, with the only part that's really Will Smith being the motion capture and voice data. They didn't even use a double and stick the young face on him - everything, even the clothes are CG.

Thank you so much. But I am facing this problem currently. I had been able to do it correctly 2-3 times. But when I now click on 'Export to AE', i am receiving an error message on AE saying - "Unable to execute script at line 5. After Effects error. Unable to set "displayStarttime". Value 98480.02 out of range -10800 to 86400." PLEASE HELP. What do I do? Surprisingly it doesnt show when I make the frame rate 30 fps. But then the video plays faster than the audio clip/ becomes out of sync.

I would be interested in a description of all parameters and their effects. I haven't found it anywhere on the net, even EbSynth is silent about it. I have not yet been able to achieve a usable result with EbSynth (and FaceApp).

1. Take a video clip 2. Convert the frames into individual image files 3. "Oldify" a few of the images with FaceApp 4. Blend between the handful of "old" images using the motion from the original video, essentially "animating" the old-looking images using EBSynth 5. Turn the sequence of images back into a proper video, put the sound back in, and fade in from the original video to the "oldified" one
