Nike and Social Status continue where they left off with the release of their latest collab, this time on the Nike Air Penny 2! Releasing in two colourways, the first is set to drop on October 13th but they sent me over an early pair which is why I was able to upload an early review for you guys now! Didn't pull the trigger on the penny 1s even though the black pair is fire imo. Copped a pair of the black 2s that dropped today at kith hawaii, they are dope af. Also s/o to the background track, that beat is such a 90s boom bap vibe. Had to go listen to it on SoundCloud lol

OMG I just won a raffle for these! I had them when I was a teenager so they are pulling on my nostalgia strings. I actually like the baby blue over the OG darker blue. I love the action figure style box too. Reminds me of the commercials with the little Penny in them. I’m relieved to hear that they are tts bc that’s what I got them in. These are on BF sale on some sites. I wanted to pick them up on drop day, but noticed they were sitting, so I waited to see if they'll be discounted for BF. Glad I waited. I do think they're worth the retail price, but would rather pay less.
