Best boat ever. I grew up in Kona with MANY 31's running around. High Flier, Sea Strike... you name it that boat would bring in more fish than any other and do it fast.

... do I love a Bertram 31' ... one of the prettiest boats ever built ... BUT !!! ... there is a major problem here ... as a local I know that there is a speed limit on the C&D Canal and this beautiful Bertram is exceeding it, by a lot !!!! If you want do go this fast ... you can on the Delaware River, or on the Chesapeake Bay end (Elk River) ... but not in the canal itself !!! If "DNR" saw/caught you it would have been some hefty fines !!!!

100% untrue Harry. My 26knts was not breaking any laws. Typically I am one of the slower boats in the C&D Canal which I have been boating on for the better part of 40 years now. Thanks for your concern.

That was the cape cod canal. You are looking for the upper Delaware bay canal.
