Your video really struck a chord with me. Several studies have shown that testosterone levels increase in the autumn up to the longest night of the year. This is probably to allow pre-industrial people to maintain muscle mass during the season of food scarcity. It can help people to lose body fat quickly too. It made me think of the winter solstice and Paganism and people getting through the winter and I smiled. You are so wise.

OMG I grew up in Norbury and worked for years In Croydon lol! I live in Kent now and seeing the streets on an autumn 🍂 evening bring back fond memories. Sadly most of my family are either passed away or living abroad in Australia and New Zealand. Great video Sean!

Where do you live in the US?? The US is very safe in some spots and very dangerous in others. Most everywhere but the liberal cities are very safe at night.

I love that the Italian name for the Brussels Sprouts (as we call them in USA) is il cavoletto 'little horseman' because of the way they cling to the stalk!!!

It has become so dark so early around here already. I walked around the house thinking it was 8:30 or 9 and looked at the clock to find it was one 5:15. 90% of men in the parks... Interesting. They also say that 80% of all statistics are made up on the spot! Lol...

Yes it’s planted with broad beans, garlic and green manure. Just need to edit the videos.
