My male Border Collie was an absolute delight and very intelligent. He was nowhere near as athletic as Echo but had the same personality and temperament. Echo is a beautiful specimen of a Border Collie! I love to watch him run.

Sean, yes, the females are more in command and bossy, whereas the males go with the flow. Now that's not true for every breed of dog, but I would say the majority. Echo being the jack of all trades actually, I think, is a good thing. Every dog, as every person, has strong suits and poor suits. We are not excellent at everything we do, but experience and repetition can certainly make us better. He has and does have the will to learn and figure some things out for himself to work with the sheep, like he knows his size works for him with the sheep,and I think he's doing a good job of that along with your guidance. I think you and Echo work well together. Sean, you know your dogs very well, and you work them according to that knowledge. I really appreciate that about you. Echo honey, you are handsome and a smart guy with a sweet face. 🐾❤️

Hello from Canada..........I totally agree with you on the differences between males and females.....I have had both in border collies and it is easy to see which they are LOL Both are easy to train and obedient. Echo is rhe inage of my BC Freddie. He also doesn't like Dogs in his face and will give them the turned up side lip,to warn them off. Never growls though. Freddie is a long legged, long thick silky coat. BC and is stunning. Can be very stubborn but has great recall. He came off a working Sheep Farm in Perthshire. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 But I give him loads of exercise off lead in many different places. He loves a Ball to chase after and has all the Herding traits. He also wants to be outside all the time, even in Winter. I have to bribe him in at night. 😂Just had to mention my BC as i saw how much he looks like Echo. Thanks Sean. 😘🫶🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I feed him DR John Silver.

Echo is such a beautiful boy! I love him. When I was a kid, a beautiful border collie came to our door one day. We could not find his owners so we named him Jip and he lived with us for about 13 years. He was the best dog we ever had and I loved him dearly. Echo reminds me of Jip. ❤️

Echo is a stunning dog. I was very lucky to have visited Scotland, all he way from down under in Oz last week. It will be something I cherish for the rest of my life. Driving through the Scottish Countryside North and South out of Edinburgh was the highlight of my UK?/Turkey-Istanbul trip. I couldn't but hope I was close to where Echo, Storm and Kate do their best work. Thankyou Sean for bringing us this brilliant content. My 1 year old BC loves watching your video's.
