The Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) 2023 was signed into law in March of this year. The Central Bank subsequently launched a 3-month consultation on key aspects of the framework which ended in June. On 16 November, the Central Bank published the feedback statement on the consultation, along with the final regulations and guidance in relation to the framework.
