In Ca we have signs vehicles may be searched

I would assume this applies to employees also who may be smuggling contraband into inmates. We are dealing with this and our ability to search employees property once they have crossed the threshold of the jail.

The rules are different for employees. They should be put on notice the search may occur before the search.
