1) Contradicted himself by saying the USA can't inherit the debts of the "founding" colonies, but neocolonial African states & everyone within them must inherit the debts of certain "tribes." 2) The vast majority of individual Africans- even within the involved warring "tribes"- were not kings, voluntary soldiers, or raiders; & didn't sell or benefit from selling anyone. 3) The "chiefs" still control most village land; not the impoverished peasants he wants reparations from. 4) He thinks Uncle Sam freed him out of benevolence, so he wants to join uncle in looting Africa, by imposing retroactive global jurisdiction & "international" laws that the US et al created, but have been violating themselves from the beginning. 5) Since he believes all Africans sold someone, he can't prove that none of his ancestors was sold as revenge for harming someone else, or as punishment for a crime, instead of being put to death... No one said it was all cumbaya among everyone in Africa or anywhere else in the world. And it doesn't matter if Leopold set foot in Africa or not: but feel free to cape for them if you want.
