I will definitely keep my eye out for this sticker next year when I visit Kyoto! Such a great idea to inspire more people to go out and discover more areas of Japan. Also I feel the annoyance with the early sunset in fall. In my country it sets at 6 pm as well (and in wintertime even at 5pm) and it really feels like you get less stuff done with the lack of light.

Oh man, I love this idea and applaud your efforts. I'm coming for 10 days in a month (solo, first time, "bucket list" trip - freaking out a bit if I'm honest) and while I'd love to take part in the hunt, I know I'll be so shell shocked by EVERYTHING else I'll never find any. This time I'm only going to Hiroshima for a couple of days anyway, everything else is exploring Tokyo. Maybe another time lol.

When I saw that dome, the protruding antenna with the rings on it felt somewhat familiar. Once you changed spots it became apparent it was a Buddhist Stupa. Happy to see Ms. Sherry again!

Maybe a video about those spiders haha. I just came back from Shirahama/Nachi. The number and SIZE of those yellow greenish spiders surprised me. It’s something that doesn’t come to my mind when thinking about Japan. After exploring so many abandoned places, you must learnt a lot about them. 😁

I can say that I have travelled within Japan from Hokkaido to Kyushu and I have found exactly zero of these stickers 😅 But I also struggle to find someone I know in the open area in front of a station so I wouldn't say I am the best at noticing things 😂

Being visually impaired I doubt I'll be able to go to most of those places (can't drive) and even if I could, I would probably manage not to find the stickers. But that's such a nice idea!! I know some trees with those kinds of nuts/fruits some years overload the local wildlife with food so that squirels will stock them up as food in burrows but have too much and forget about them, essentially planting them
