Those secrets could be an extension of the Crazy Taxi maps but they weren't implemented in any map but only in Crazy Minigames, especially in CT3 where the aspect of some minigames have a similarity to the 3 maps in CT3. It would be cool if those minigames locations have been implemented to the maps of the trilogy, as it gives more opportunity to jump, smash through and exploring the map with more fun. I'm always thinking that when I play the minigames, they feel like the closest thing to a new map. Especially the Crazy Jam (3-2) of the Crazy Box on CT1, it's literally a micro-city!

@@crazyfrank01 They also gives this impression that those minigames maps were some sort of test-bed beta maps but turned into minigames with their proprietary tasks. Also in the Crazy Balloons (1-3) of the Crazy Box on CT1 is set outside the "Original" map present in console, mobile and the PC version.

Very cool concept. Have you heard of the show Boundary Break here on KZbin? I always wanted to see something like that with Crazy Taxi. Have the camera go out of bounds and show the inside of the Baseball Stadium, see the second floor of the Mall, somehow put the taxi inside the Tennis Court to see if it would activate some kind of secret, like a tennis mini game, find hidden customers, or find any easter eggs from other SEGA games would be cool. I mentioned things from the first game but it would be awesome to see the same thing done with Crazy Taxi 2 and 3. 🤓

I'd never heard of that! I know a spanish KZbinr that also modifies the camera in the games, called Guinxu. I'm agree with you, I would love to see that things! As a kid I always wanted to explore the mall and dropping off to the Police Station without doing the freeway 🤣

There's also the "ball retriever" in the Bowling minigame if you back up far enough at the start in CT1 and CT3HR. In CT1 only, there are some gutters on the bowling lane. Go into them and you get teleported back to the beginning of the level

During the summer console competitions of 2001 at TG one competitor discovered a pretty cool cheat trick with respect to the "Crazy Jump" mini game challenge. Apparently, the game registered a complete jump and being when the front axel contacted the ground, so as I understand it (it's been 21 years) he said that he jumped and then rotated his cab 180 degrees so that it kind of bounced down the big hill on the back axel thus allowing him a ridiculously lengthy jump completion.

@@crazyfrank01 please do let me know how you fare...I recall the gamer who discovered the trick telling me that you kind of "bounce" down and can go way further than a normal jump. Funny how it was programmed that way, I guess the game testers never thought of someone doing a 180 before !!

Just need turn off this fail trigger somehow in PC's CT1 and CT3 maybe some trainers already exists, in console only CT2 it's much harder to hack anything

True. I don't have a clue about changing the camera in CT1 and CT2 and it should be different for every version... I should invest it 🤠
