You da real MVP. Always wanted to see this rarity. Patsy was especially histrionic here lmao. "In a New York minute." "A hair on the heads of one of our children." It's all too rehearsed. She sounds like Bugs Bunny in that police interrogation with the "buddy/pal" crap. You shouldn't have to ACT MAD, Johnny Boy. Someone strangled & r*ped your 6-year-old in your home. Any normal human male would have revenge on his mind for the rest of his LIFE.

When you say a grand jury decided not to endict in 1999 that's factually incorrect. The jury decided they wanted to and in an almost unprecedented case the county decided not to ......now I'm not saying that's because her father was a very well connected multi millionaire, as that would probably be liable but.......🤔

Lou Schmitt the same detective put on the case by the same boulder county da Alex hunter that disbands a grand jury even though they wanted to endict........ And the fact he can say a murdering child rapist would take the time to write out a 2 page note to the family before leaving, on their pad, would be hilarious if it wasn't so tragic. This has litterally never been known in the entire history of human crimes.....I don't know how much they paid you Lou but I imagine it was in pieces of silver. Solved ! After 27 years of research I finally deciphered the RN and this case. Most of you have been fooled badly as was I for many years. Not anymore ! This case skews perception , you must change your perception in order to understand this case. Breakdown of the RN and what its purpose was. "We respect your business but not the company it serves" This is an easy one. This was put in the RN strictly to misdirect LE to JR's job .... When you get into things like "Bring a Large attache" and "if we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery" no one knew what or why those were put into the RN until now. The attache had the victim's DNA in it and packing peanuts all over the place . I don't think we need to brainstorm for very long to know what was being packed in that attache, it is odd that kidnappers would care about what sized attache would be used, that is unless you were alibi setting to your wife and everyone else that you would be carrying a large attache. I think that JR had planned on getting PR and BR out of the house and then he would get the attache out of the house but if you needed a plan where you were carrying an attache out with a body in it and your wife or anyone else may see you with it then you put it right into the RN and now if anyone sees him carrying it , there are no questions asked because he was just following the instructions in the ransom note . He was going to take JBR's body out of that house under the guise of picking up the ransom money from the Bank. "If we see you getting the money early we may arrange for an earlier delivery." This was added to ransom note because JR was not sure when he could get PR and BR out of the house, so he was working with an unknown timeline and this gives him a window of opportunity. Since there was no time attached to this statement, JR had freedom to decide when the time was right, for instance he could have waited until it was possible to get the body out of the house and when PR asked, Why did you leave to drop the ransom off 10 minutes after I left ? JR could say the kidnappers contacted him and he had to follow their instructions. This statement gives a window of time to dump the body whenever JR wanted. "The delivery will be exhausting." JR was heading to the bank to pick up the money but then he would need more time than that to pick up the money and bury JBR. If you have an exhausting delivery this gives JR an excuse for what took him so long picking up money from the Bank, in reality he was picking up money AND dumping a body but this gives him an alibi for why he was gone an extra 2 hours or however long it took him. "The small amount of the ransom." The ransom amount was so small because the person who wrote it is the one paying the money out of his own pocket and most likely burying it forever with the body. JR had to part with that money for forever so why bury a million dollars when you only have to bury 118,000 and one years bonus ? Secondly , JR had to be able to get that money out of the bank asap. He had to be able to get that liquidity and quickly. The amount that he had accessible and could get in the next couple of days was most likely his last deposit of that bonus check. These are the reasons the Ransom Amount was so small. "If you want to see your daughter alive again" "She will be beheaded" "You will be denied her remains for proper burial." These statements are all preying and attacking PR's religious beliefs in order to get her to follow the ransom notes instructions. PR's #1 religious belief was that you had to have a proper burial in order to have an afterlife. Who would know this and know PR's religious beliefs in that much detail. PR's religious beliefs are attacked repititively throughout the ransom and the main point the author is making is do NOT call 911. "The practice ransom note." This was not a practice RN at all. The only thing that was changed was the header. I am sure that JR struggled with who to address the RN to. He changes it to only himself as it then gives him the power and authority over all decision making and basically gives him control over the situation, which he desperately needs. "JR checking his mail that morning and LE and everyone thinking it is odd" Well of course it is odd considering your daughter is missing but I have a hunch as to why. The kidnappers could not call and contact JR because of phone records and JR not being able to be in 2 places at once and call himself. So what would he do ? I think I know.... The next correspondence from the kidnappers could not be a phone call but it was most likely going to come in the form of another letter and through the mail. JR either stuck the letter in the mailbox the night before or mailed it to himself. Now that LE was in the house that letter needed to be destroyed as it was more evidence. Under the guise of getting the mail , JR gets the instruction letter out of the mailbox and destroys it. Keep in mind that the ransom note was never meant to get into law enforcement's possession, it was going to be buried with JBR and the instructions letter. JR fully expected PR to listen to the ransom notes instructions When she didn't he now had to go into the basement with LE in the house, move the body into the wine cellar and restage for a sexual assault in order to cover up the previous nights and prior sexual assaults. Thus why you now have what looks like 2 crimes that have baffled LE and everyone since the inception of this case. It isn't 2 separate crimes, it is a crime that was interrupted and changed. It was going to be a kidnapping but had to be changed to a sexual assault with the body not being able to leave the house any longer. All of the evidence now lines up perfectly and it is the ONLY way that it does. JR ALONE is the guilty party in this case.

My theory is this. Patsy snapped at Jonbenet for wanting to quit the pagent system. Patsy REFUSED to let her quit. Patsy grabbed something and HIT her in the head hard. John checked her pulse and thought she was dead..They decided to cover it up. John took her downstairs made a knot with his navy trianing and choked his daughter to death.,.Staged the scene. Patsy wrote the letter with input from john. OR CBS's theory makes sense...Pineapple..Jonbenet steals a pineapple and burke gets upset and fights her iover that or chritmas gifts..maybe hes jealious and hits her...
@danmcn61
@danmcn61 5 ай бұрын
Good theory, but I disagree. IMO the girl was killed by her mother while her father was asleep. John slept through the whole thing, and Burke had nothing to do with it either. She killed the girl over a bedwetting incident. She stayed up all night and came up with a bizarre story to convince John that his daughter was missing because of a kidnapping. The ransom letter was written by Patsy and it was addressed to John (obviously), but her intention was to get John out of the house so that she could dump the body elsewhere. That's why the money demand ($118.000) was so small in reference to John's actual wealth. He unintentionally destroyed her plan by insisting that she call 911 right away, so she quickly changed her plans. Sometime during the morning John decided to go along with her and to muddy the waters by confusing the police.

I truly believe that when they came back from the Christmas party, Jonbenet got up in the middle of the night because she was hungry & saw Burke eating pineapple & possibly took a piece (since she liked it) & ran. With Burke being jealous of her being the favorite, I feel he hit her over the head with the flashlight cracking her skull not knowing how much damage he did. After poking her with the train track to get her to get up, he probably then went to go tell Patsy & John & that’s when the cover up happened. They probably thought she was dead although she was just unconscious. I feel Patsy physically wrote the note & her & John took turns coming up with things to put in it to make it seem like a kidnapping. I’m sure they were mad & sent Burke to his room for “punishment” & told him not to come out. John tied the garrote (remember he was in the Navy & probably learned how to tie that) Patsy was probably distraught but put the tape over Jonbenets mouth & then let John do the rest. I feel like they placed the suitcase & everything to make it seem like something it wasn’t. I do believe that they loved Jonbenet, but panicked & didn’t want Burke to get in trouble.

Watch True Crime Rocket Science if you want details, and most importantly, do you really want to know beyond a shadow of a doubt “who murdered JonBenet Ramsey” You will need lots of patience because Nick covers the forest not just the trees. Be careful because you will be addicted to his videos on this case and other cases!!!

His videos are brilliant, he picks apart the case with such detail, although I don't agree with his conclusion, I agree with much of what he says.

the son's voice is in the background in the first call to the Police by Patsy, asking if they will arrest him, and John is saying ... "what have you done?",.. "we're not talking to you" ... .at his son

@@danabyrd2377 The 911 dispatcher found Patsy's call to be odd in that it was not what she was trained to expect, so she discreetly kept her phone on to record more. The dispatcher is somewhere on youtube, crying over JonBenet and the way her professional input was erased from the case, providing a "different outcome" the original recording has been been taken off youtube, money talks...

Oh wow I didn't know that. I do believe he had something to do with all this and the parents covered it up. Patsey wrote the note and I think John made the Garrot and while doing this they sent Burke to bed. In the Dr Phil show Dr Phil says to Burke that a lot of people think he hit her in the head and Burke said "Where's the proof?". He knows what happened. They all 3 know what happened. Burke thought it was funny.

@grimble6261 THEY THOUGHT SHE WAS DEAD. SHE HAD A VERY FAINT PULSE. HOW WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SKULL FRACTURE? IT WAS NOT VISIBLE TO THEM. THAT IS WHEN THEY STAGED EVERYTHING TO SAVE THE WHACKY SON BURKE'S ASS. I GET IT, YOUR IN THE RAMSEY CAMP LIKE MANY IDIOTS ARE IN THE TRUMP CAMP. TRUMP IS NOT INNOCENT AND NEITHER WERE THE RAMSEY'S.

@grimble6261 These are not normal people. Image is everything to them. Yes, I think they are crazy enough to do what people think they did. I don't think they ever went to sleep personally. Patsy was wearing the same clothes and still had makeup on. There's no way a high society lady like her would wear the same outfit again the next day. She gave Burke a snack when they got home and it snowballed from there. The snack was still out when police got there. Burke didn't get to finish it. Wasn't cleaned up. Why? Something happened to Jon Benet at that point. She made that call to 911 at 5:52 am and the rest of the time they are scrambling trying to figure out how to cover this up so Burke doesn't get arrested (even though he was too young for that). I repeat, these are not normal people.

Probably the guy who confessed to it did it. He had motive and opportunity.

It was sexually motivated by a paedophile. He was watching the family and knew their routine. He broke into the house when they were out and hid and waited for them to go to bed and he struck. He was going to kidnap her and took her down to the basement He was going to put her in the suitcase but she was screaming and struggling so he struck her and acted out his terrible fantasy and left her in that basement. Her parents and brother had nothing to do with her death. It was a predator.

What kind of kidnapper/murdered writes a 2.5 page ransom note specifying the amount of money they want for their daughter only to kill her and leave her in the house so they knows she’s dead? It makes no sense.

I don't care how much money they had. Good for them. I don't like that John tried to leave and return to Atlanta that very day. That they didn't appear for formal interview with the police until 4 months later. That they didn't turn the clothing over to the police until almost a year later. They may be totally innocent, but they did not cooperate. This really hampered the police. Had they been eliminated earlier, the case could have proceeded.

That's a ridiculous comment. I guess out of the millions of people who think it was a family member, they must all be dirt poor. 🙄
