Ultrasound report of my wife. Kindly sir tell me what to do? Bilateral lateral ventricles are dilated measuring approximately 1.4x1.7cm, 4th ventricle appears normal with no effacement of cisterna magna. There is widening of interpedicular distance at lower lumbar region where a small amount approx 7mm of neural tissue seems to be projecting into the overlying subcutaneous tissue ?, however it appears to be covered by overlying skin. No obvious evidence of meningomylocele seen. There is mild medial inversion of one of the fetal feet seen - suspicious for club foot? Cervical length cannot be assessed due to empty bladder. Single alive intrauterine foetus of 24wks 04 days seen
