I must have missed you by a few minutes if the video is from last Saturday. I set off from Boogle Hole towards Ravenscar at around 7.30. Now I know why there was so little to find 😂

Do like a Pleuro. Appreciate the strata map too, always interesting to see where your finds have come from! Our Androgs/Aegoceras down south are mostly coming from the Lataecosta subzone (the Green Ammonite Member), are they out of the Maculatum subzone for you up there?

I've found maculatum capricornus and oistoceras figalinum at RHB. The frequency of finds is pretty low though. I think lataecosta is present but somewhat rarer. Andy's blog has a good aegoceras section for yorkshire

@@fossiliferous yep, I didn't think you had much of a lataecosta exposure up there. The different specimens you get at different locations is all part of the fun! Though I probably have enough Promicroceras to last a lifetime now...
